Is there a legit work from home business?
I would like to work from home at nights to supplement my income, does anyone know of or are working for ligit work from home businesses?
If you are looking for a BUSINESS, go with your passions, things that interest and motivate you the most. Build a list and use that to begin your search. General rule of thumb: Never pay for a job (businesses, on the other hand, usually involve some expenses).
Find a rep to contact, check out their websites, ask questions, do your own independent research. Check resources such as www.bbb.org for potential scams. You can get an idea of what others here are doing by visiting popular work at home forums and sites such as WAHM.com.

All the above answers look iffy to me. I made my own wood working business from home after I retired. I made many different products and sold them at craft fairs and at a store where I rented space. There were many other home made items. You should be able to find a store like that in your area or try craft fairs and talk to the people who sell home made items. They can tell you of other places where they sell their goods. Look over these places and see all the things people make and sell. Some do not make much but I could have lived off my work if I wanted and many others do.

There are lots of legit home businesses out there. Answer the following questions to help you?
1. How much does it cost to start and what do you get for that cost?
2. Is there someone available to help you get started with your business? Such as in network marketing where you have a sponsor.
3. What is the product or service?
4. Is there a way to speak with someone else who is making money doing the same thing?
5. Does it seem to good to be true or does it seem realistic?
